1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Free Returns: If you changed your mind or aren't happy with the product, we’ve got you covered. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Free Exchanges: Size doesn’t fit or need a different version? No problem. We provide one-time free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit for your jersey.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed (free of perfume or sweat scents), and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at info@vesperaus.com with your Order Number or proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Get Your Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Pack & Ship: Securely pack your jersey and attach the provided instructions.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding your approval status.
