Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time - EST). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Tracking: Once your jersey is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please ensure your apartment number, suite, or unit info is included.

Address Corrections: If you notice an error, contact us at info@vesperaus.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed and in transit, the destination cannot be modified or redirected.

Parcels Damaged on Arrival: If you notice your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service immediately.

Missing & Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact your carrier first. If the package has not arrived within 20 business days, reach out to us; we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) within 24–36 hours.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled at no cost before they enter the fulfillment stage (before dispatch). If your order has already left our distribution center, please follow our Return & Refund Policy for a standard return once the package arrives.
